Tie Admiralty announces that a Nayal Allied Council has been created' which will report to the respective Governments on the general conduct oi: the naval war, and ensure co-ordina-tion of effort. It consists of the Ministers of Marine and the Chiefs of Naval Staffs.

The Admiralty adds that America and Japan will be represented. The various Admiralties will furnish trte Council with the information necessary, to its work.
