A Haparanda report states ttat the military revolutionary committee and Russian troops in Finland demanded £390,000 from the Finnish Government as the price of their withdrawal. They refuse to release corn supplies until one-fifth of the levy has been paid, notwithstanding the fact that Finland has already paid for tie corn.
