A SOCIALIST'S DECLARATION.

Herr Schiedemann, speaking at tho Wurzburg Conference, declared that the enemy's demands were steadily growing more insane. "We will not relinquish a single foot of German territory," he said, "and will only give up what belongs to others. Our peace terms are Germany's territorial inviolability, freedom of tho soas, and economic freedom."
