HOLLAND '.■AND!I..HER" SHIPS.
New York, Sept. 7. It had been proposed that Holland should unload the 100 Dutch ships which are -'held, up'.in'American, waters and transport the surplus Australian wheat, and Java sugar to the United States 'by the vessels thus released. But now, it is understood from the highest authority, that the Dutch Government's representative in the United States has rejected the proposal, stating, that ho would let the. cargoes rot in the ships rather than unload them. • ; ' ' -; :
