GERMANY'S RESPONSIBILITY

Amsterdam, May 16. Herr Cohn, a member of the Reichstag, asked Dr. yon Bethmann Hollweg to impress upon Turkey the necessity of stopping the massacre of Jews in Palestine. If Germany did not interfere she would be morally responsible for allowing an ally to murder aad plunder the Jews without protest.
