Petrograd, May 16. M. : Miliukoff raa. resigned from the^ Provisional Government. M. Terescheukoj hitherto Finance Minister, succeeds him.
M. Kerensky succeeds M. Gutchkoff,
The following are the three cardinal points' on which the _Government, tLo Executive Committee of the Duma, and the Committee of Soldiers' and Workmen's delegates are agreed: Firstly, the unity of the Allied fronts; secondly, full confidence of the- revolutionary democracy, in the reconstructed Cabinet; thirdly, the plenary powers of the Government.
