GERMANY BENT UPON RUSSIA'S
DESTRUCTION.
(Router's Telegrams.)
Petragrad, May 15
The Council of Workmen's and Soldiers' Delegates has issued an appeal to the Army not to, forget that the regiments1 of the Emperor William are destroying revolutionary Russia. The loss of free Russia, will be irreparable. It is evident that the German Imperialists, after defeating the Western Allies, will turn on Russia, seize the country, and enslave the Russians.
It urges the soldiers not to renounce the offensive,- and warns them against enemy: traps ;joi :^fraternisation. Peace will be unobtainable by separate treaties/ or a fraternisation of isolated units. This will.only lead to loss.
The.; Russian revolutionary .. delegates have ?also issued: an appeal, to Austrian and German Socialists not to permit their Governments to take advantage of the present situation in Russia to concentrate more troops against the British and French with the idea of crushing Russia later.
