Amsterdam, May 8. Herr Ledebour, speaking in the Reichstag, said the arrest of the deputation which visited Dr., yon Bethmann Hollweg constituted a smack in the face to the whole Labotxr world. The Belgian deportations were a terrible violation of rights. The majority of the -soldiers were willing for peace without annexation;
