Dr. yon Bethmann Hollweg's statement has again been postponed. This' continues to excite interest among neutral correspondents at Berlin.
The "Lokalanzeiger" declares that great political events are imminent.
The "Vorwaerts" and other papers are frantically endeavouring to secure peace with Russia.
