The changed tone of prominent Germans regarding war aims is growingly evident.
The latest example is Herr yon Zedlitz,/ the Independent Conservative Leader, who advises the industrial and comniercial associations to revise their annexationl ideas and make their demands correspond to the present war situation. ' .
A further significant fact is that pro-war Socialist leaders, including Herr Schiedemann, had a most hostile reception.
The "Berliner Tageblatt" states that the German Federal Government is considering the creation of a central office to procure raw materials and ceal with"the question of tonnage.and<■'the 'monetary standard. imme'dfa't'ely after tlie'waV. --••<>■
