EXCLUSION OF ULSTER

London, July 21. A large meeting of Nationalists at Derry, representing Derry, Tyrone,, and Fermagh, adopted', resolutions opposing the exclusion of the Ulster counties, aaid declaring that if a separate government was established they would resist its authority. The Catholic Bishop of Derry wrote,, approving of the resolution.
