The "Works Committee reported: ■ On letter from District Health Officer: | (a) Messrs Greenslade's tannery: That as there is no sewer at present, the Committee cannot' make auy recommendation except that the matter stand over until the proposed drainage extension has been carried out, in v/hich case Messrs Greenslade and Co. be given notice to connect with the new sower when laid, (b) From Dodson'.s brewery and malthouse": The Committee also recommends that this matter be deferred until the drainage extension has been completed, and that notice be then given to Messrs Dodson and Son to connect with tho new sewer when laid.
