TRANSPORT OF SERBIANS.
REASONS FOIS ALLIES' ACTION,
GREECE'S NEGLIGENCE
Athens, April 16

Sir Francis Elilott emphasised that the transport of Serbians across Greece was due exclusively to the submarine danger. The sovereign rights of Greece were in no wise prejudiced.
