The public road through Tahunanui ran parallel to the track. The Mayor said there was no road at the place, and it would be a mistake to open one. The Council had made a cinder track through the reserve to Parker's road, and that was in good order for pedestrians. Cr.' Webley moved that the Council cannot see its way to open a road.
