ABOLITION OF SUNDAY LABOUR

Mr. Lloyd George has issued a circular to munitions manufacturers urging that Sunday labour be abolished in controlled establishments, and pointing out that ib wouid be better to work overtime on week days than continue Sunday work. , The .decision is the outcome of investigations upon.the production of continuous labour, which, showed that; Sunday labour? tended, to diminish ratber than' increase the output.
