PUPILS' TERM CONCERT

The second term concert of the year was held at the Nelson School of Music last evening, when there was a large attendance of pupilis and friends. These concerts give the public of Nelson an opportunity to judge the general work done by the pupils of the 6chool, for items are contributed not only by advanced pupils, but by those also whose work is still in a more elementary stage. The programme given last night and the manner in which the items were rendered show tho high standard of the work studied and performed, and ohe principal, the staff, of teachens, and the pupils are to be congratulated on the entertainment. During the evening a collection was made in aid of. the" Red Cross Fund, and the concert was concluded at aboufc 9.30 p.m. by the singing of the National Anthem.
