LIVERPOOL CAMP INQUIRY.

The precis of the complaints ancl charges against the administration of. the Liverpool Camp include an alleged general insufficiency of equipment, clothing, rifles, ammunition,, and bedding; •unsatisfactory hospital arrangements, 'callousness and indifference of doctors, who included a German doctor with German sympathies; draughty huts;, preferential treatment in the German concentration camp; horses left without food; restrictions placed upon officers' leave; excessive centralisation and discouragement of initiative.
The Australia Day fund totals £70,000.
