ANTI-GERMAN RIOTS AT MOSCOW.

Pstrograd, Juno 12. The authorities at Moscow are expelling enemy subjects from factories.
The populaco resorted to anti-Ger-man disturbances and pillage. The Governor, in an energetic proclamation, intimates that he will not tolerate mob violence. He declares that any domestic disorder encourages Russians enemies to make a more determined resistance, delaying the final victory.
