GERMANS GATHERED INTO GARRISON AT ANTWERP.
EARLY MOVEMENT EXPECTED.
London, March 23
An Amsterdam message states that the Germans scattered round Bruges and Ghent are being gathered into garrison at Antwerp, because the Germans expect the Allies to make an early movement, and if the Germans ara unable to hold the line of the Yser it is not expected that Ghent and Bruges will be defended.
