BELGIAN RELIEF
Melbourne, March 18
Mr Harcourt, Secretary of State for the Colonies, has cabled to Mr Fisher, stating that the Commission for Relief in Belgium is anxious that on<]y money should be remitted through the High Commissioner or the AgentsGeneral. The money will be handed direct to the Commission, which devotes itself exclusively to the feeding of the civil population in Belgium, and is quite distinct from the Belgian Relief Fund, which is a general fund.
