GERMAN STRENGTH AT PRASNYSZ.

Paris, March 16. The "Journal" states that there^ is every indication of the concentration of eight German Army Corps in the Prasnysz region.

The Germans dragged heavy guns to a position at Ossowiece and unsuccessfully endeavoured to disperse the mobile force before, the fortress.

The winter losses of both sides were terrible.
