ARREST OF A GERMAN.
Auckland, Oct. 8. A Gorjnan subj<.ot Jianiod Robert I'/ane was arrested by the waterfront police. Ho was granted parole from Soames' Island, iv.ld .shipped as a seaman on the Norwegian barriue Fram to Auckland. Ho was handed,over to tho' military authorities.
