OBITUARY.
SIR WILLIAM CARINGTON

Sir William Carington was found dead in bed. He was in attendance at Court yesterday.
Colonel Sir William Henry Peregrine Carington had been Keeper of His Majesty's Privy Purse since 1910, and Controller and Treasurer to the Prince of Wales since 1901. He was' born in 1845. Sir William was formerly Lieu-tenant-Colonel of "the Grenadier Guards, and served in the Egyptian campaign of 1882.
