Returning to his quest-(the first Ministerial answer being deemed to have avoided an essential point), Mr. Atmore has asked the Minister of Marine, Whether Mr. John Graham (who for eighteen years was member for Nelson) resigned his seat or refused to accept the Government's nomination to a seat, on the Nelson Harbour Board, and whether any correspondence passed between Mr. Graham, the Department, and the Board dealing with Mr. Graham's refusal to accept nomination at the hands of the present Government?
