The banks tr_adjn^"in^New* Zealand have fixed the ;'followlng!'rates of exchange as on and from October 7th:— Buying rates: Demand, 15s discount; 30 days, 22s 6d discount; 60 dayß, 30s discount; 90 days, 40s discount; 120 days, 50s discount. Selling rates: Demand, 20s premium; 30 days, 12s 6d premium; 60 days, 5s premium.
