ARMY OF 10,000 MEN

The "Cape Times" correspondent states that the Germans in South-west Africa have 10,000 well-trained troops, tfO six-inch batteries, many machine guns, and a large number of blockhouses manned by artillerymen, and a couple of machine guns.
