The "Scotsman" reports that Cus-. Toms officials on searching an innocent looking neutral vessel entering a port of Scotland discovered large stores of oil fuel hidden under rope coils! It is believed that the vessel was engaged in sxipplying German submarines operating in the North Sea. ■ .. .
