JOKES AT THE CHANCELLOR.
When Mr Lloyd George visited the other day the Glan Ely Hospital for Consumptives,.. South Wales, one of the men patients suddenly exhibited before the Chancellor a scroll bearing the words, "Votes for Women." Mr Lloyd George laughed, and seeing a group of nurses at a window enjoying tho fun, he smilingly said, "1 sco who has put the men up to this."
