The conference of members of ths.i headquarters and district staffs of the Defence Forces has concluded. General Sir Alexander Godley stated that particular attention was given to the discussion of Sir lan Hamilton's report. The question of having concentration camps instead of drills for country units was' gone into .at length. Particular attention was paid to matters of reorganisation ancl improvements suggestjed in the report.
