WEDDING.
A quiet but pretty wording was solemnised last Monday at Owen Junction, when Miss J. A. Win, the only daughter of Mr and Mrs R. Win, of the "Owen, was united in the bonds of matrimony to Mr Duncan Drummqnd. The service took place in the residence of the bride's parents, and was performed by the Rev. T. F. Taylor, of Nelson. The bride, who was given away by her father, was attired in a. whitet edlk dress trimmed with passementerie and tulle edgings, with the usual wreath and veil, and she carried a handsome bouquet of white chrysanthemums and maidenhair fern. She was accompanied by Miss Eileen Fellowes as bridesmaid. Mr R. C. Drummond, oJ: Nelson, brother of .the bridegroom, attended as best man. After the ceremony a sumptuous wedding breakfast was partakeu of, and the usual toasts were duly honorued.
