INVERCARGILL SHOOTING CASE.

At the inquest on the body of Hector Morrison, found dead in front of a Chinese boardinghouse, the evidence showed that the windows of the premises had been smashed by larrikins. The night was very dark, and Lock lun went to the door with a gun and tired. A verdict was returned that the cause of death was a wound in the head made by a bullet from a Snider carbine fired by Lock Kin.
