The dismissal of wharf hands whc had not joined the Wliarf Labourers' Union has caused considerable agitation among the men concerned, and as a result of a decision arrived at by the executive last evening to allow them to re-conimence when they joined the union and paid up arrears, from the time they had been working,''between 20 and. 30 of them signed on to-day, son-e having as much as two months' back subscriptions to pay.
