A representative gathering of sportsmen approved of the formation of an Olympic Federation with a constitution as adopted by the recent conference. Messrs. W. Daish, W. Parkinson, and G. Shand wei-e appointed the Victorian representatives on the governing council for the first four years.

It was also decided to ask the council to invite Mr. O. M. Williams to act as one of five delegates representing Australia on the International Olympic Congress to be held in Paris In June uext.
