Questioned on clauao 40, defining the duties which the Imperial Parliament may transfer to the Irish Parliament, Mr L. S. Amory elicited tho information that the clause was wide enough to enable a sympathetic Government to transfer both reserved and proliibited services. (Received Nov 6, 9 p.m.) London, NoV 6.
