'■'~''l n the change .of. programme to bo screened at the Theatre-:Royal this ar-terrioon-arid evening, the star Mm will bo "A Victim of the* Mormons,", one of the finest pictures yot produced by the now famous Nordisk Company. The picture, which, is over 3000 ft iii length, and will occupy tlie major -portion of •the.second half of the entertainment, relates th© doings of an itinerant Mormon pjjeachor, who by srjecious misrepresentations induces a girl to leave for Utah. Her relations, discovering the girl's absence-, suspects the Mormon, and get on the .absconding pair's track. The story follows on to an f exciting chase by the police, which is brimftil of incidents, the rescue and the finale. The whole picture is of an intensely exciting nature, and keeps a grip upon the audience; from, beginning to eiid. _ A ■strong list supports the star film, including a fine scenic entitled "The Coasts of New Zealand," "The Handicap" (drama), "Sacred Elephants," ancl.iSeveral others, the whole forming what promises to be- one of the best programmes yet screened by the new management.
