Gfsbsrne, June 5?8 A trial: of pumping is prdceedin& aboard the Star of Canada, and great volumes of water aro flowing from tho scuppers. The diver who inspected the hull from the outside yesterday, found the forepart of the vessel had worked fully eight feet into the pap, where it rented as in a cradle. He was unable to approach closely owing to the vessel's movements, and the light being bud; but he could find no structural damage:
The rise and fa'l of the tide lmido the vessel yesterday was three fwt, as against cix feet outside.
