DOMINION PROTESTS DENIED

Speaking in the House of Commons, IVlr Harcourb denied that one of the overseas Dominion's had protested against the exclusion of tho United Kingdom from the terms of reference of -tho Empire Trade Commission. The terms were agreed to by all the Dominions.
