It is still in the uncertain stage, and will remain so at least until Tuesday, when Mr Massey will move his amendment of no-confidence. Then he may be expected to foreshadow the plans of his own side if; they camdj into power!.and to note from liis view point the weaknesses in the Government's nmgr::m:ir«. Then, with the rival claims before them, members who are numbered among the uncertainties, will have to put on their considering caps, and decide. Meanwhile the opinions on the (.'overninent's programme are no^ freely offered, for its nature has scarcely been realised yet.
