The Supreme Court was engaged all day hearing the charge of manslaughter against Kuka Matene Rapiha, arising out of a motor car accident at Waipawa oil May 17th. when two.Native passengers wore killed by the overturning of the car when it wa,s going round a.corner fit a speed alleged to bo excessive. Tho accused was the driver.
