FUNERAL OF THE LATE Mil WARDELL.

Masfcorton, May 9. The funoral of the late Mr. H. S. •Wardell, formerly Resident Magistrate and District Judge, took place to-day, tho obsequies being performed by the •Roy. Father Harriett. An "impressive incident of tho funeral was the presence of & largo gathering of Natives, who delivered a.speech 'at tha gravesklo through their chief.
