Baig"nt (chairman of the Hospital an' 7 Charitable Aid Board) visited the Boys' College., the Hospital'and consumptive Tnnexe, and the Alexandra Home, ami afterwards inspected the waterworks iv street. The Minister oxprcs-s<v 7 opinion that the Boys' College war "he finest scholastic institution th'" bad seen in the Dominion. They were •slso pleased at the spotless conditior ~>f tho Hospital.
