FATAL FALL DOWN A STEAMER'S HOLD.

Auckland, May 7. Henry Morris Anderson, a. waterside worker, married, aged 46, died at the hospital from injuries received through faring down the hold of the steamer Mokoia on April 28th. At the inquest a verdict of accidental deaths with no blame attachable to anyone, was returned. The jury added a rider recommending that all steamship companies should, allow sufficient time to replace parts of hatches, and that some person should bo responsible for carrying out this work.
