AMERICAN TRAIN DERAILED
EIGHT VETERANS KILLED
New York, May 6. At New Orleans a special train carrying Confederate veterans to re-union at Maoon, was wrecked. Four confederates were killed and four passengers mortally injured. The engine and five coaches were derailed and overturned.
