THE BULLARA'S REPORT.

(Received April 3, 0.20 a.m.) I . Perth, April 2. '< Communication with Broome lias been rostorod. The captain of tho steamer Bullara reports that he left Balla Balla half an hour before the Koombana. Previous to sailing the two captains conferred on the weather, and eventually decided to risk it. A few hours later they struck the cyclone. The Bullara put out her storm .anchor with twelvo fathoms. The chain, and poured oil on tho water. Tho latter considerably reduced tho waves, but the force of tho wind carried away the funnel.
