The present preparation seems■■ to combine the most active .ferments of the plant in a successful manner. Its activity
as demonstrated. by several cases of hjportrophy of the turbiu.il bodies, and in cases of enlarged tonsil's. .After three or four weeks' application tlforo was very, very marked improvement. There can be no doubt that the preparation is unusually effective, and should prove very serviceable, obviating tho necessity for operative procedures in many cases. Such operative procedures are often adopted much too li.-istiJy. The present ferments are well deserving of a trial, and in mauv eases wthave no doubt the result will bo satisfactory.
