AUSTRALIAN STEAMSHIP OFFICERS' CASE.
Sydney, Dec 9. In tho Merchant Shipping Guild case the President of tho l'ederal Arbitration Court refused to include companies which were parties to previous agreements still running. 11ns excludes from the present claims the Commonwealth Steamship Owners Association anil six inter-Stato companies belonging to it, and also tho Melbourne Steamship Company.
