Wo learn that Messrs Chamberlain and Stannard have joined the firm of Messrs Langlands and Co., Ltd., to carry out the work of the extension of tho breakwater at Gisborne harbour for the Harbour Board, the contract price for the. work being £13,^99. Messrs Langlands and Stannard will proceed to Gisborne at the beginning of the Now Year.
