Wanganui, Nov. 12. A nasty accident occurred near the town bridge on Saturday afternoon. Mr. H. V. Duigan, manager of tho "Wanganui Herald," while riding a motor bicycle, collided with a horse and was thrown heavily to tho ground. He sustained concussion of the brain and a fractured collar bone. The sufferer was removed to a private hospital, where he is progressing satisfactorily.
