THE SITTING SUSPENDED.

The Ministerialists wratlifully shout* cd Mr Smith down, until the SpcakcC after ninety minutes' disorder, roso and exercised the right vested in him in cases of grave disorder, and suspended the sitting. There has been no similar suspension in living memory. There were renewed demonstrations as members excitedly surged on to the iloor of the House, and there was gen. eral confusion and shouting until the Chamber was cleared.
