BOWLING.

NELSON CLUB. On Saturday this club terminated its present season by a match, Nelson College Old Boys versus tho rest of the cub. The game was even and interesting, tho Old Boys scoring 83 against their opponents' 80, thus winning by throe. Both sides won on two rinks each. Tho teams and scores were (Old Boys first): — Trent, Karley, Condell, Cresswell (s) 25; Wilmot, A. Leaper, Mansford, Watt (s) 20. Sadd, Catloy, Squires, Rout (s) 13; Graham, Menzies, Stiles, Pauling (s) 19. Hounsell, Hunter, Harkness, Trask (s) 2G; Phillips, Cul.en, Houlkcr, Moyes (s) 19. Field, Waite, C. J McEachcn, Shallcrass (s) 14; de Castro, Clutten, Littlejohn, Crawford (s) 22. Competitions were also concluded on Saturday. Harkness and Pauling (s) defeated Menzies and Stiles (s) in two successive matches, thus winning the Vice-President's Pairs. The seasons results are as follows :— Senior Championship: J. Dickson; runner up, W. Rout. Junior Championship : F. Graham ; runner up, P. Dalziel. President's Pairs, Harley and Watt (f.) ; runners up, Williams and Crawford (s). Vice President's Pairs, H-nrkness and Pauling (s); runners up, Menziets and Stiles. Lyell Cup J. Dickson; runner up, J. E. Allen Feathers : Wright, Coster, Crawford J. E. Allen.
